Why it shows up like this
When your PayPal balance can't cover a payment, PayPal pulls the difference from your linked bank account as an instant transfer, and this is the ACH descriptor your bank prints for it. It also appears when you move your PayPal balance out to your bank using the instant (fee-charged) option.
